How do I become a Council Member?

The number of Council Members is regulated by the ByLaws.  To become a Council Member one must be solicited and sponsored by a current Council Member to apply for Council Membership.  Then this person must serve as an active member for two years and give a least two, twenty-minute, well-organized presentations during the meetings, apply in writing to the President for a Council Member position and receive unanimous vote of the entire Council membership.
